Along with the Carbon Filter, the GreenSaver Produce Keeper’s unique construction keeps food fresher longer. A removable basket promotes airflow and prevents moisture buildup by keeping produce away from the bottom and sides of the container. A vent on the lid slides open and closed to optimize the humidity level for the produce being stored. An illustrated guide on the lid shows which fruits and vegetables thrive when humidity is higher (vent closed) and which ones keep best when the humidity is lower (vent open).
